Finding the early Adopters...
I always wondered how did google get so big?Who invented google? and by reading this article it helped me understand how everything works. Peope invent plenty of good things but some just dont seemed to make it in the market. So they have to change couple of things about their idea so it would catch the people's attention and make them wanna go out and buy it or use it. So i dont think google would of been a great idea if it wasnt for them changing the name. Because I couldnt see myself searching for backrub instead of google.

E-waste is something that i think can be prevented. We dont need computers just thrown out into designated places so people could burn and sell the parts. The one thing that i most hate from E waste is that people are burning the parts, computers, monitors and all those parts have lead in them, So when people are burning these parts they are observing all the chemicals that causes cancer, and it especially gets me mad when little kids are out there breathing and touching these toxics. I think we should start making plans on how we going to stop this because its going to get worser if we dont do nothing.
FACTS
- The nation now dumps between 300 million and 400 million electronic items per year, and less than 20% of that e-waste is recycled.
- E-waste represents 2% of America's trash in landfills, but it equals 70% of overall toxic waste.

Reflection on Weaving the Web
Tim Lee is responsible for creating the world wide web. I think he is a very smart man and is truly briliant. At first he really dint come from a family who had everything who was rich, and when he came up with this idea it gave so much to every orginization who was part of his plan. As i read chapeter one he talks about his parents being the first ones to ever complete to build a computer. So i figured he had many help from his parents as he created the whole world wide web. Tim Lee says that compute rare ment for you to program it and to make it do mostly everything. After reading chapter one and makes me want to read it more and to learn more of how didi tim lee came up with the idea.
My opinion on digitizing books
Its intresting that google wants to digitize every book so that the people can go in their website and find every book they can. In my opinion I see some good and some bad things about digitizing books because if you digitize every book your breaking some privacy for the author of the book especially when the author doesnt know. The good things that come from this is that it makes it easier for us to just go to the internet and find our book we were looking for instead of heading to the library to check it out. Its also bad if google will try charge people for this books because google is digitizing this books without the person of the author so google will be getting all of the money and the author wont get anything. So i think thats unfair.
